During these unprecedented times, let’s bring everyone closer together through a VIRTUAL DINNER PARTY! 🎊

Choose between an Aperitivo style dinner party or a main meal recipe or let me know if there’s something you really want to try and make and we can always try to make it happen.

How does it work?

Once you’re spot is confirmed, I will share all the ingredients and equipment required via email prior to the session so you will have enough time to get everything prepared. I will available to answer any questions or suggest substitutes if you’re struggling to get hold of certain items. Then, during the session itself, I will walk the entire group through how to make each part of the recipe. At the end, we can all virtually sit together and enjoy the delicious meal! Recipe choices can be tailored depending on your taste buds or if you have any allergies that need to be considered.

Where do the classes take place?

These virtual dinner parties will take place on Zoom and a link to the video conference will be shared with all party members prior to the session. These Zoom calls will be private so no one else can jump in.

For Corporate events, I am also happy to run these on Microsoft Teams if this is your preferred company software. Just let me know when you get in touch!

How can I sign up for the dinner party?

Simply send me an email by clicking the button below with how many households want to attend, which kind of virtual dinner party you would like to take part in and if you have any particular requests with regards to dishes. Please also provide your ideal day and time slots and I will let you know availability, dates and times within 24 hours. I will also share the total price and send BACS details once you have confirmed the session to make the payment.

Aperitivo dinner party

Put on the perfect aperitivo spread with dishes such as bruschetta, marinated olives, crispy patatine and caponata. Don’t forget to make yourself a Spritz Aperol for the party!

Main meal dinner party

Wow your family with a hearty spaghetti & meatballs and finish up with a warming homemade crumble with vanilla custard!

Francesca responded promptly to all my questions before the event and it was really helpful to have a list of the equipment we’d need, on the night. We started off with a lesson on making Aperol Spritz. These were delicious but in hindsight, it would have been better to do this part of the event once we’d finished cooking as I’m certain that our Tiramisu’s would have benefited if we’d been sober. Francesca is a fantastic teacher – patient, informative and fun. We learnt so much and I’m delighted to say that we cooked some utterly wonderful meatballs and tomato sauce.
